For all orders according to size and weight of the goods, please refer to the shipping rates displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.
We are shipping worldwide. If your address is showing as “no shipping rates available” please get in contact and we can add rates for your location to the system.
Shipping to the EU and Norway (EU: orders up to 150€, Norway: each item below an equivalent value of 3500NOK):
The customer’s local VAT rate will be charged at checkout, no further taxes/duties/fees need to be paid during import of the goods.
Orders above the stated limits above will be taxed during import and the payment will be collected by the parcel service.
Orders up to an equivalent value of AUD1,000 will be delivered without any additional customs charges needing to be paid. Orders above AUD1,000 will be charged with 10% GST plus potential customs duties by the parcel service.
Rest of the World:
Please refer to your local import regulations. No VAT will be charged at checkout
We are using different delivery services. If you haven’t selected a specific service at checkout it is in our disgression to select a service.
Parcel services may leave parcels in a “safe place”, which then counts as successful delivery of the goods . If you do not agree with this please let us know at checkout and we will ask the delivery service to only hand out the parcel to you personally.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (no signs of usage)
- In its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customised items cannot be returned (e.g. Misumi frame sets, Linneo cable harnesses)
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping fees for the return need to be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
