Why does my Linneo Harness seem to be "too short"?

Sometimes it may appear that your Linneo wiring harness is too short, when building a Voron 2.4 printer.

The reason for that is most likely, that your drag chain is too long. The number of chain links defined in the Voron BOM is slightly too many, which leads to issues with the drag chain touching parts of the printer it shouldn't.

To adjust this please follow these steps:
1) Check the length of your drag chain when the tool head is in the max position for the axis you are working on. The picture below shows the standard chain, which is too long.

2) Correct the chain length so that the cable chain is not overreaching the the length of the extrusion placed below. Reduce chain length to a minimum so it starts bending at the first link.

3) Repeat that for all all drag chains.

In the end the harness should easily reach the opposite end of the electronics bay.

If this isn't fixing your problem, please raise a support ticket, so we can look into it.
