Authorized but not Captured Credit Card Payment
Sometimes the communication between the website and the payment processor "breaks" which means a payment can be "authorized" on your card but hasn't been "captured" by the web shop.
If that happens your order is showing as "pending payment" and the payment is "reserved" on your credit card (but no money has actually been taken).
Such a "reservation" will automatically clear within a few weeks, but if you contact, we can either "capture" it and your order will be processed as normal or we can cancel the reservation and the authorized payment will be cleared from your credit card.
