E3D Warranty Process
If you have an issue with an E3D product, the warranty process needs to follow a certain protocol defined by E3D: please contact first E3D support via their website. They will assess the case and if approved as warranty case by them, they will provide you with a direct replacement or a RMA code which you can provide to us, so we can ship you the replacement.
