Bondtech CHT BiMetal Nozzles

The new Bondtech CHT BiMetal nozzles are all about processing abrasive materials.

Made for demanding users and demanding applications and supported by the high flow CHT technology.

They feature

• Copper bodies for enhanced thermal performance;
• Hardened Vanadium Steel tips and CHT inlets for long lasting endurance to use carbon and glass fiber composite materials;
• Nickel coating for protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion.

Available standards:

• RepRap for Mosquito, Copperhead and V4, V5 and V6 compatible hotends.
• MK8 for Creality and multiple other hotends
• Vol for Volcano type hotends.

Bondtech CHT nozzles were created for 1.75mm filament and are 100% compatible with 2.85mm materials.

Avoid Cold Change Of Bondtech CHT Nozzles
Copper is a soft material and doesn’t withstand high mechanical efforts.

Before removing or tightening any Bondtech CHT nozzle, heat it up to 280C, or at least above 250C.

Use at most 1.0 Nm torque. Recommended Torque is 0.5 Nm.

For Carbon or Glass fiber loaded abrasive filaments use only 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0mm nozzle size.

For metal, wood, glitter or other particle loaded abrasive filaments you may use the 0.4mm nozzle size.

All Nozzles are supplied with a Nickel coating and packed in a recycled plastic box.
