LDO BabyBelt Pro v2.6
Continuous, infinite-Z 3D printing — built by you.
The Baby Belt Pro by RobMink (Printcepts) is the community’s favourite compact belt printer: a conveyor-belt build surface replaces the fixed bed, so parts print onto a moving belt and roll off the front. Print objects longer than the machine itself, or use loop printing (M808) to queue the same part again and again for lights-out batch production — each finished print simply carries off the belt.
This is the official LDO Systems kit, sourced and developed with LDO to take the guesswork out of a self-sourced build. Every BOM component is included and organised — fasteners, motion, electronics, full wiring loom and a custom toolhead board — so you won’t be hunting down odd screws mid-build.
What’s new in V2.6 (June 2026 revision)
- Upgraded linear rails — a single MGN12C on X and MGN9C on Y replace the three MGN7H rails of V2.5, for a stiffer, simpler gantry
- Reinforced X gantry — redesigned components with Voron-style M3 heatset inserts for increased rigidity
- Simplified hardware — M2 screws eliminated; cleaner fastener set in keeping with the Printcepts minimal-hardware ethos
- Easier assembly — improved hole and screw insertion patterns on the Y axis, and revised X/Y stepper mounting for easier installation and maintenance
Kit highlights
- BTT SKR Mini E3 V3 mainboard with TFT35-E3 V3.0 touchscreen
- Custom LDO toolhead board for tidy gantry wiring
- LDO stepper motors: NEMA 11 pair (X/Y) and NEMA 17 pair (Z/extruder)
- Bambu X1-style high-flow hotend with parts-cooling fan
- 120 mm 24 V heated bed under the belt for first-layer adhesion
- Handmade print belt included — ready to run out of the box
- ECAS bowden fitting and PTFE tubing
- Marlin-ready out of the box on the included electronics; run Klipper by adding your own Raspberry Pi
What you’ll need to complete the build
- Printed parts — not included; print them yourself or via a friend (STLs free on the official GitHub)
- Raspberry Pi or similar — only if running Klipper; Marlin needs nothing extra
- A belt-capable slicer: OrcaSlicer (nightly
_beltbuilds), Kirimoto or IdeaMaker — free Printcepts profiles provided
