The Conch M4 Hotend by Phaetus is a high-performance, wear-resistant upgrade for the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini printers. Engineered for precision and longevity, it features a replaceable EndCoat™ nozzle with a surface hardness of HV3300, delivering up to 2.5× the lifespan of standard hardened steel nozzles.

With a flow rate of 30 mm³/s and a temperature ceiling of 320 °C, the M4 is built to handle everything from PLA and TPU to abrasive composites like carbon fibre, glass-filled nylon, and even exotic filaments like tungsten or boron carbide.
