Vitalii3D AWD Front Idlers for v2.4 (6mm Belts)

The V2.4 AWD Front Idlers for 6mm belts are engineered to place the tensioners at the front of the printer, making them fully compatible with any existing 6mm CNC-machined gantry system. This design maintains the full build volume while enabling clean, easy belt tensioning and improved accessibility. No build volume is lost when used with A4T and other smaller size toolheads.

Optimized design uses 4 less bearing stacks comparing to other AWD solutions. This change decreases vibration and total belts length comparing to other designs.

Compatibility

• Voron 2.4 (AWD and standard configurations)
• Any 6 mm CNC gantry system
• Motors at the bottom (unless whole gantry is flipped)
• Note: A front frame extension is required when used on a 2020 frame
• Requires 10 bearings
