We’re pleased to announce that onetwo3D now ships to Switzerland on a (P)DDP basis — Delivered Duty Paid.
In plain terms: all import taxes and customs duties are already included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. There’s nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives.
What this means for you
Ordering parts from outside Switzerland has traditionally come with an unwelcome surprise at the doorstep — Swiss import VAT, customs clearance charges, and a handling fee from the carrier, all due before you could take delivery. It made the final cost hard to predict and the wait that bit more frustrating.
With (P)DDP, we handle all of that upfront:
- No surprise charges on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- No customs paperwork to chase. Clearance is taken care of on our end.
- No carrier handling fees. No standing by for a “pay before we deliver” message.
The total landed cost — your parts, shipping, and every import tax and duty — is calculated and collected at the point of order. When your delivery arrives, it’s simply yours.
